What this is for
Barney is close. The model works, the app works, and the part that's left is the unglamorous bit: accessibility testing with real users, and the privacy work that lets people see and delete everything it holds about them. We're asking for that specific piece of work, not a vague runway. If we don't reach the goal, nobody is charged.

Where the money actually goes
A breakdown, because 'development costs' tells you nothing. Roughly half is accessibility testing paid at a proper rate: we don't ask disabled people to test for free. The rest is the privacy tooling: seeing, exporting and deleting your own data.
